This is a large "Krizna Jama" open, freeform vase.
Krizna Jama is a cave system in Slovenia which is incredibly beautiful.
This is the first one I have done with red inside and I am very much in two minds about how well it works. In one sense I think it makes a spectacular piece and I love the effect - on the other hand, I feel it is not as true to the original Krizna Jama inspiration. In real life the caves give off a much colder, blue light than this piece suggests....
